The Avenue Apartments are progressing very quickly now as we get to the exciting stage of the build - and we very proud of the quality of the new homes being created. We have recently been onsite to review the progress first-hand - and can tell you that your new apartment is coming along very nicely!
We have attached a copy of your floorpan below for your reference - and have attached a video walk through from our recent visit. This is a really exciting stage for the development - and the apartments are changing very quickly now as the wall linings go on, the kitchens are being built and the windows and fittings are all coming together.
